Attorney Andrew R. Walter practices in the areas of employment law, drunk driving defense, and drug law. He has a Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law. While at Arizona State, Andrew earned the William H. Pedrick award for scholarship and the award for excellence in appellate advocacy. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While an undergraduate, Andrew was a member of the Political Science Honor Society and was a pitcher on the baseball team.

Andrew has a diverse practice experience. He has represented multi-national corporations in federal and state litigation, led appeals of criminal cases, and counseled small business employers. Andrew now focuses on employment and criminal law because of his belief in the rights of workers and the constitutional rights of the criminal accused.  In 2005, he was awarded for his dedication to representing poor defendants in criminal cases.

Andrew R. Walter is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and the Western District Federal Court. Prior to founding Walter Law Offices, Andrew practiced in Phoenix, Arizona. He grew up in Milwaukee and currently resides in Waukesha.
